OLMC utilizes a student, parent, family contact system called FACTS Management. This instant phone notification system is used to contact parents to make announcements concerning school events, reminders, emergencies, etc. Some calls can be made to a very specific group of families and others will be made to the entire school population. Families will be asked to submit all phone numbers that they would like to receive these brief phone messages on. FACTS uses the best available technology in the industry to detect the difference between human answer and machine answer. The service will deliver the message to both live answer and answering machines. Please update the school office of any changes or preferences with your phone numbers.
The FACTS Management System (which replaces Option C), is 100% cloud based and enables families to access the system from home, school, office and mobile device. Families can log in anytime to see how their child is doing with assignments, grades, attendance and more. Parents can also check tuition status in real-time. The combination of the Catholic-focused Option C’s School Management System with it’s Parent Alert System allows families to access everything with one simple log-in. Its library of content helps teach students to read, write and think while also learning about their faith.
